Pam Golding Properties, the residential company of the Pam Golding Property Group has over 300 branch and franchise offices around Southern Africa, including Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Swaziland, as well as international offices in London, Germany, Mauritius, France and Holland. In 1986, the company took the lead in marketing South African companies abroad by opening an office in London.

In 1999 a strategic alliance was forged with the UK-based Savills Property Group, which has 285 offices in over 22 countries around the world. Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouses

Pam Golding Lodges and Guesthouses (PGLAG)

is the second specialist hospitality division in the Pam Golding stable. PGLAG was founded in 2005 with the aim to service the market for smaller hospitality properties, generally (Game) Lodges, Guesthouses and Boutique Hotels from six to 40 rooms and priced between R4 Mln and R40 Mln. PGLAG is managed by Leonard Brewer and Peter Bruil who both have financial expertise and hands-on experience in the hospitality industry at owner level.

Pam Golding Restaurants (PGR)

is the newest and final specialist hospitality division within the Pam Golding Property group. PGR was started in 2006 and is aimed at the growing restaurant sector in the Cape Peninsula and the Cape Winelands.
